If recruiting qualified, motivated employees were easy, you wouldn't need us. That's why our standards are high. We like to start our search by meeting with you so that we can develop a corporate profile that will include your history, organizational structure and office culture. From there, we review your position description and work with you to develop a candidate profile outlining the experience, education, personal qualities, skill set and competencies required.

A large portion of our time is spent identifying and screening suitable, qualified candidates. This includes meeting with all individuals in person and using questions to gain information about their specific life/work experiences. Computer and skills testing is done to determine their competency levels. We forward resumes to you of those candidates that meet the criteria along with consultant commentary on the candidate's background, education, points of interest, compensation and suitability to the position.

From there, we coordinate the interview process for you, setting up the initial meetings with the candidates through to any second or third interviews required. We keep you informed with regards to the candidate's interest level, availability, and any questions that they may have. Comprehensive reference checks are completed on all final candidates under consideration. Profile testing is available, if requested.

Paquette Personnel works on a contingency basis - there is no cost or obligation unless you hire someone through us. We also stand behind the employees we place by offering a six month recurring guarantee period - generous by industry standards.
